About these terms

These Terms govern access to seventysevenworld.com and purchases from SEVENTY SEVEN. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you purchase for another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Products and availability

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and details may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography and manufacturing. Measurements are approximate. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Items identified as Saint Petersburg or “Pickup Only” are available under the pickup conditions shown on the product or checkout page and may not be eligible for standard shipping.

Orders and contract

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch/make the item available for pickup.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance due to unavailability, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, purchase limits or legal restrictions. If payment has already been taken, the affected amount will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout where possible. Your bank or payment provider may charge conversion or transaction fees.

You confirm that the payment method is valid and that you are authorised to use it. Payments may be subject to verification and fraud-prevention checks.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery and pickup estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur because of customs, carriers, verification or events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, delivery and pickup information.

Risk passes as required by applicable consumer law, generally when you or a person nominated by you receives the goods. Ownership passes after full payment.

Cancellations and returns

Your cancellation, return, repair, replacement and refund rights are governed by applicable consumer law and the return information presented by SEVENTY SEVEN. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Unless prohibited by law, returned goods must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with labels, packaging and proof of purchase. Certain goods may be excluded from return for hygiene, personalisation or other lawful reasons. Contact seventy@seven.com before returning an item to receive instructions.

Acceptable use and IP

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, interfere with operation, commit fraud or use the service unlawfully.

The website, branding, layout, photographs, text and software are owned by or licensed to SEVENTY SEVEN and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping unless written permission is provided.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses incurred by consumers, or for delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

External links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

General

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may update these Terms prospectively; the version applicable to an order is the version in force when that order was submitted, unless law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the SEVENTY SEVEN operator, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts are determined under applicable law.
